Houston Rodeo Art 2024. Known for its vibrant street art scene and traditional mexican eateries, this area showcases houston’s rich latino culture through festivals like día de los muertos celebrations at local parks. For more than 50 years, the school art program has challenged students and schools to think outside the box.
